Calling all young scientists! If you would like to display a project at the fair, register early in order to reserve your space and order your project board. You can register even if you have not chosen your project topic yet. Later, this form may be submitted again to update our records with new information. Final registration must be received by December 20.

Display needs
By default, all scientists will be provided with 3' x 1' of table space on which to display their projects. Only the student's board, research paper, STEM Fair project log, and photo album of pictures will be displayed. NO MODELS, PLANTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, etc. will be displayed
Project category
Choose the category you best feel your project belongs under. The Science Committee will change it if it placed in the incorrect category.
Parents - by filling in the boxes below, you agree that:
- Your young scientist(s) have your permission to participate in the S.T.E.M. Fair.
- Any photos or videos of your student(s), taken by Woodmore Elementary Science Committee or submitted by you, may be included in S.T.E.M. fair slide show, displayed during the fair, and possibly used by the Prince George's County Science Department.
- You will ensure that appropriate safety precautions are taken when performing experiments at home or elsewhere, and that no experiment causes harm to any person or animal. Woodmore Elementary may not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
- You are aware that this project counts as a significant part of your child's science grade for the 2nd and 3rd quarter.
